IMPORTANT: this datapack uses a custom resoucrce pack and the datapack has to be put in the world generation

Artifcts

 

Activating

Artifacts are the main feature of this datapack,
they are special items wich can be activated to enable their effects!
You activate an artifact by simply right clicking with it!
To deactivate all active artifact you just right click while sneaking.

But there can only be 2 artifacts active at the same time.

 

 

 

Upgrading
Artifacts can also be upgraded to make them more powerful!
To do so, you put the artifact in your off hand and right click
with an artifact upgrade in your main hand

 

 

 

The Effects

Artifact Chests

Now you know how artifacts work, we can take a look at how to collect them!

 

First you need to find an overgrown structure,
then try to explore it until you've a chest that looks like this:

 

Then right click it with an amethyst shard in your off hand
and the items wil literally fly into your inventory!

 

 

In creative mode you can also place a chest by entering
the command: /function ancient_artifacts:artifact_chest/place
to remove a chest just simply enter the command:
/function ancient_artifacts:artifact_chest/remove
